A calm, grounded workshop for women who no longer recognise who they are. This workshop supports you to gently release outdated identities, understand what this in-between phase is asking of you, and reconnect with the woman you are becoming, with clarity, safety and self-trust.

there is nothing wrong with you

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, lost, or quietly thinking “I don't know who I am anymore” - this is for you.

On the outside, your life still works.
You’re capable. Responsible. Reliable.
You show up. You hold things together.

But internally, something has shifted.

You don’t quite recognise yourself anymore.
What used to motivate you no longer does.
You feel less tolerant. Overwhelmed more than usual.
Joy feels elusive and there’s a quiet grief because you know you can’t go back to who you were.

It may feel like you’re falling apart and losing yourself, but you aren't.

You’re evolving and some parts of you are being released so the real you can emerge.

You’re in the messy middle, a space of releasing, rearranging, and redefining who you are.

Like a butterfly in a cocoon, this phase can feel disorienting and uncomfortable, especially when no one has given you language for what’s happening.

You’re letting go of what no longer fits.
And without context, that can feel scary.

But this isn’t a breakdown, it’s an identity transition, one that’s leading to a breakthrough, even if it doesn’t feel like that right now.

When the Old Version No Longer Fits

There’s a phase of growth that doesn’t get talked about enough.

It’s the space between who you were and who you’re becoming.

The old version of you no longer fits but the new version hasn’t fully formed yet., so you feel caught in the middle.

You might notice things changing in ways that feel unfamiliar

As your identity begins to shift, you might notice changes that feel… uncomfortable at first.

You might feel:

  • A new sense of boundaries; clearer, firmer, unfamiliar

  • An urge to say no without explanation

  • Less tolerance for energy drainers

  • Emotional quieting, not numbness, but self-containment

  • Empathy that feels different now, still compassionate, but no longer absorbing everyone else’s emotions

For deeply empathic or sensitive women, this can feel especially confusing.

You might wonder if you’ve become hardened, colder or disconnected but often, what’s really happening is self-preservation.

You’re no longer living as an emotional sponge. You’re learning to hold compassion without self-abandonment.

This phase can feel edgy.
Alien.
Even lonely at times.

It’s also a sign that something healthier is forming. But without the right support, this phase can feel lonely, unsettling, and exhausting.

You keep trying to “figure yourself out”, when what you actually need is space to listen.

This workshop exists for this exact moment.

Not to tell you who to be.
Not to push you forward before you’re ready.
But to give you a grounded, supportive space to reconnect with yourself and begin consciously becoming the woman you’re already unfolding into.

  • Your empathy feels different now, still compassionate but no longer an emotional sponge

  • You’re sensitive, intuitive, or empathic, and learning how to stay open without absorbing everything

  • You’re navigating perimenopause, burnout, or a major life transition

  • You’re ready to stop living from survival patterns and begin living from truth

It’s for women who know something real is changing and want support to meet that change with clarity, compassion and confidence.

what this workshop is (and isn't)

This is not a motivational talk or surface-level reflection.
It’s not about “acting confident” or pushing through discomfort.

This workshop guides you through a powerful identity reframe so you can gently release the version of you that was built on pressure, perfection, and survival and consciously step into the real you you are becoming.

Not by forcing change.
Not by fixing yourself.
But by understanding what’s actually shifting within you, and learning how to meet it with clarity, self-trust, and grounded confidence.

By the end of this workshop you will have clarity about who you are becoming, what no longer fits, and a clear sense of the path forward so you don’t have to navigate this transition alone.

It is a calm, deep, and transformational process rooted in:

  • Identity work

  • Nervous system safety

  • Emotional awareness

  • Conscious transition

This is the kind of space that lets insight land, not overwhelm.

what we'll explore together

Inside this immersive 3-hour experience, you will be guided through a calm, intentional identity shift process that includes:

  • Reflecting on who you’ve been, who you are now, and the identity you’re growing into

  • Understanding why this phase feels disorienting and why it’s a natural part of evolution

  • Identifying one core belief, emotional pattern, or identity role holding you in survival

  • Gently releasing the emotional charge behind that pattern in a safe, embodied way

  • Connecting with your future self

  • Anchoring a new identity in your body

  • Receiving a simple self-coaching map to continue your journey

This is not rushed or forced work. It’s spacious, grounded, and deeply integrative. It's not motivation, it's reconnection.

what you'll walk away with:

By the end of this workshop, you will:

✓ Feel lighter in your body
✓ Release at least one emotional block that’s been keeping you in survival

✓ Walk away with one clear identity shift already embodied
✓ Understand your patterns with compassion instead of self-criticism
✓ Leave knowing exactly why, and how, you’re evolving
✓ Have a simple, grounded process to continue your transition with confidence

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about finally meeting the woman you already are.

No fixing. No pretending.
Just honest transformation your nervous system can hold.

If you've been feeling lost and/or lonely, this is for you.

A grounded first step into your next level self without pressure, urgency, or force.

Here's what participants had to say:

Leeanne

This was more than just a workshop, it was a transformative experience that shed light on the unique challenges women over 40 face. We explored the emotional trauma we've accumulated from societal expectations, responsibilities, and past traumas and how they've shaped us into who we are today. Vicky's guidance helped me recognise how my subconscious mind influences my feelings and behaviours and I'm grateful for the space to reflect on my journey.

Vicky's delivery was phenomenal, her expertise and empathy created a safe haven for us to explore our true selves. I left with newfound clarity, calmness, and a deeper understanding of myself. The energy of like minded women coming together is truly magical, and I'm so grateful to have been part of it.

Thank you, Vicky, for sharing your wisdom and creating a space where we could laugh, cry, and grow together.

I'm excited for your next session and look forward to continuing this journey of self discovery.
