Let's skip the polished version and talk about what's really going on.
Let's be honest, by the time we reach midlife, life is FULL ON!
Between family, work, relationships, responsibilities and trying to keep all the plates spinning, it's easy to lose sight of yourself.
One day you wake up and realise you're not quite sure who you are anymore. You're exhausted from carrying everyone else's needs, emotions and expectations. You know something needs to change, but you're not entirely sure what.
And while everyone else seems to be managing just fine, you're left wondering if you're the only one feeling this way.
You're not.
The truth is, so many women are feeling exactly the same way, but very few of us are having these conversations.
Midlife, Unfiltered is an invitation to step away from the pressure to have it all figured out and join a room full of women for an evening of genuine conversation, reflection and connection.
This isn't therapy or networking, and this isn't a room where you're expected to have the answers.
It's a chance to pause, connect with like-minded women, share experiences, and explore the realities of this stage of life in a warm, welcoming and judgement-free space.
A relaxed evening with a group of like-minded women who are navigating the ups, downs and changes that come with this stage of life.
There'll be space to share, listen, reflect and connect.
We'll explore some of the realities of midlife, enjoy a few gentle prompts to spark conversation, and most importantly, create space for the kind of honest conversations that so many women are craving.
There'll be tea, laughter, probably a few "me too" moments, and the reassurance that you're not the only one figuring it all out as you go.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, questioning what's next, rediscovering yourself, or simply craving deeper conversations and genuine connection, you're warmly invited.
This evening also celebrates the launch of my new journal.
It was born from many of the same conversations that inspired the Midlife, Unfiltered event – the questions we ask ourselves in quiet moments, the parts of ourselves we've lost along the way, and the growing sense that there might be more to life than simply getting through the day.
It's filled with thoughtful prompts, honest reflections, a healthy dose of humour and the occasional swear word, because sometimes a good old "Are you fucking kidding me?" is exactly what's needed.
Copies will be available on the evening for anyone who is interested, with a special launch offer for the first 20 journals.
To keep the evening intimate and conversational, places are limited and booking is essential.
I'd love you to join us,
